Mantenimiento de cobros judiciales
En esta sección el usuario podrá consultar los salarios mínimos de cada profesión inscrita en el Ministerio de Trabajo de Costa Rica, así como calcular la cuota mensual, el salario embargable y la cantidad de cuotas por cobro que se le asignen a ese empleado con su respectivo historial.
Mantenimiento de Deducciones
Se cuenta con la opción de incorporar todo tipo de deducciones al sistema en donde se puede aplicar con montos y porcentajes fijos o segmentadas según el salario para salarios mayores, menores o que se encuentren en el medio de un rango de montos-. Estas deducciones quedarán guardadas en el sistema para que posteriormente el usuario pueda asignarlas por empresa en caso de manejar varias y por empleado. Así mismo las deducciones se pueden manejar por fecha de vencimiento aplicándolas una vez, por rango de fechas o siempre.
Control de asistencia
En él se podrá agregar, modificar, listar, eliminar y crear reportes de los distintos tipos de ausencias que existen como, por ejemplo: amonestaciones, capacitaciones, incapacidades, permisos, vacaciones, entre otros.
Asistencia diaria
En esta sección el usuario podrá registrar la asistencia diaria de los empleados por puesto de trabajo con los distintos horarios laborales -simples, dos por dos y tres por tres, contabilizar el monto por tardía y ausencia que les corresponda y marcar si tienen algún servicio especial que realizarle a alguna empresa.
